QUICK QUOTE
We provide written quotes the same day as viewing the property and discussing what needs to be done. You can expect to see an email with a complete breakdown so that you have a piece of mind on the work we do.
SCHEDULES
Next we will discuss deadlines and methods and times for accessing the property. We operate during the day and the evening so we’re sure we can find a time that suits your schedule.
FINER DETAILS
We will discuss colours and follow up with suggestions on methods to maintain the work we do. A full detailed work schedule is created so that we can tick off jobs as we go throughout the premises.
DEPOSIT
We then collect a 25% deposit before starting the work and the rest on completion - unless previously discussed otherwise.
WORK STARTS
This is where the magic happens.. At this stage we have all we need to get the work done. We work efficiently and will update you on our progress along the way.
HAPPY CUSTOMER
